Visit to the Constitutional Court
Our think tank members recently had the privilege of visiting the Constitutional Court, gaining valuable insights into the judicial system and constitutional processes.
A delegation of our think tank members, including both professors and student researchers, participated in an educational visit to the Constitutional Court. The visit was organized as part of our ongoing efforts to deepen understanding of legal and constitutional frameworks that shape policy development.
During the visit, participants engaged in discussions with court officials about the role of the Constitutional Court in upholding democratic principles, protecting fundamental rights, and ensuring the constitutionality of laws. The delegation gained valuable insights into the court's procedures, its historical significance, and its evolving role in Morocco's legal landscape.
Additionally, we had the opportunity to speak with Professor Benabdelah, who generously shared his expertise. We exchanged ideas with him, visited the court together, and conducted an interview where he addressed key questions regarding constitutional law and its impact on policy-making in Morocco. His insights further enriched our understanding of the legal and constitutional framework within which the Constitutional Court operates.
This experience provided our members with a deeper appreciation of the intersection between constitutional law and policy research, enriching their understanding of the legal foundations that underpin effective governance and policy implementation.

Data Driven Decision's TechLeaders Event on Digitalization and AI
Minister Ryad Mezzour shared insights on the role of digitalization and AI in Morocco's industrial development at this special event hosted at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Rabat.
Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, had the pleasure of participating as a keynote speaker at the TechLeaders event on Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, a discontinued project of Data Driven Decision, which took place at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Rabat.
During his address, Minister Mezzour shared valuable insights on the pivotal role of digitalization and artificial intelligence in Morocco's industrial development strategy. He highlighted the government's initiatives to foster innovation and digital transformation across various sectors of the economy.
This Data Driven Decision initiative brought together industry leaders, technology experts, academics, and policy makers to discuss the opportunities and challenges presented by emerging technologies. Participants engaged in productive discussions about how AI can drive economic growth, improve efficiency, and create new opportunities for Moroccan businesses and entrepreneurs.
Minister Mezzour emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in accelerating digital adoption and building a robust AI ecosystem in Morocco. He also outlined the government's vision for positioning Morocco as a regional leader in technology innovation and digital services.
